Loved watching you play. :) I've been performing your arrangements for over 30 years. This morning, I shared your "Blessed Assurance" for prelude, and our choir sang "Oh, How He Loves You and Me" for benediction. God Bless!
I love the Jazzy Soul you put into your Music! Do you have an arrangement ofr Dottie Rambo's He Looked Beyond My Faults? I'm working on a project that I would be very interested in hearing your interpretation of that song. This is not a joke. Thank you so very much.
Kurt, I looked for you in the Baylor Homecoming Parade, but missed you. I am so glad you are still active and enjoying life. I sang in Kurt Kaiser Singers at Baylor in 1970 when the rock musicals were brand new. We performed Natural High in Waco Hall. I found a folder with some mementoes in it and I am going to send it to you for a walk down memory lane. I am still singing regularly in a large church choir and also an alumni choir of Friends University even though I graduated from Baylor. We have a concert November 4 and our guest composer is Craig Courtney this year. Last year we had Mary McDonald as our guest. Mark Hays has been here, Andre Thomas from FSU, and Joseph Martin to name a few. It is a wonderful group with usually about 70 singers from five decades. Expect something in the mail. It will be coming soon. Nancy Powell Graham G '72.
